Korbyn is a smiling face that will greet you when you come into the office. She joins our receptionist team with a vast knowledge of customer service. Korbyn graduated from the Ohio State University with a diploma in the Sports Industry and Spanish. Korbyn is proficent in Spanish and can assist our spanish speaking population with any questions or concerns. Korbyn will be making your appointment but more importantly help you with any insurance issues. Korbyn is born in raised in Ayersville, Ohio and has a precious boy named Hayes and Fiance Nick. Lori Froelich
Billing Specialist
Lori Froelich is the head receptionist for Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. Lori has extensive experience in this area. Her duties include scheduling appointments, pre-authorizing and filing insurance claims, and applying insurance to the fee slip. She will make sure that the check in and check out process is smooth and pleasant.
Bonnie McGraw
Office Manager
Bonnie McGraw is the office manager for the Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center and has enjoyed working with Dr. Brunswick since 1999 as her optometric assistant. She has extensive experience in the optometry field. She assists Dr. Brunswick by preparing the patient with the pretesting before the eye examination.
Anne Garcia
Front Desk Supervisor, Receptionist
Anne Garcia is one of our fabulous receptionists. She will be one of the first people that will greet you with a smile as you begin your experience here at the office. When calling in she will answer all your questions and schedule your appointments, assists you with your insurance and answers all your benefit questions. When in a pinch and we need help, you may also see her pretesting patients to get them ready for the doctor.

Dana Slattman
Front Desk, Receptionist
Dana will be one of the first people to greet you when entering Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. Through her exceptional experience as a front desk receptionist, Dana has a keen focus on making appointments and understanding insurance billing. Dana will give you a big smile while she is assisting you in making an appoinment, helping you with an eye emergency, or referring you to a specialist
Paula Roth
Front Desk, Receptionist
Please welcome Paula to Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. You will find Paula at the front desk. Paula will assist you in making appointments for you and your family members. Paula will also assist you with any insurance questions and concerns. Paula is from the Cleveland area and has worked in the medical field her entire adult life.
Breanna Montez
Front Desk, Receptionist
When walking into Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center you will meet Breanna with a smile on her face and ready to help you. Breanna will assist you in scheduling your exam. She can help with any insurance questions you may have. Breanna is very knowledgable in the insurance field and will be glad to assist you in any way. Insurance can be confusing and Breanna will be able to assist you through those challenges.
Selena Urbina
Pretester
Selena is a pre-tester at Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center and prepares the patients for the doctors. Selena has a vast knowledge of pre-testing that aides in formulating an accurate diagnoses for the doctor's. You will find Selena assisting with many of the glaucoma protcols.
Monique Hitchcock
Pretester
Monique joins Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center with an extensive medical field background. Monique was a nurses aide for 7 years and has a vast experience in assisting the elderly population. Monique serves as a pre-tester at Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center by prepping the patients prior to the doctors visit.
Christopher Schwarzman
Pretester
Christopher has exceptional pre-testing abilities which include a thorough medical work-up for the doctors, checking vision, taking detailed medical histories and possessing extensive knowledge about the eyes. Christopher ensures that every patient's unique needs are met with precision.
Cathy Pelland
Optician
Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center welcomes liscensed optician Cathy Pelland. Cathy is dual licensed in the optical gallery as well as contact lenses. She has extensive knowledge in finding the perfect frame for your face shape, helping you understand the various materials and designs in lens materials based on your prescription and adjusting the frame to fit your face perfectly. Cathy can also repair about any frame around.
Melissa Stiltner
Optician/Technician
Melissa's exceptional optical skills shine brightly in the optical gallery at Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. Melissa's extensive understanding of frame adjustments is vital to ensuring the optimal fit and comfort for patients. Her ability to precisely adjust frames to suit indiviual facial structures enhances the visual experience and prolongs the life of the glasses. Melissa can also repair glasses effortlessly as well as finding the right fit of frames during the frame selection process.
Courtney Martin
Optician/Technician
Courtney's exceptional optical skills are brought to Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. Courtney will assist you in the lastest optical trends and technology. Whether it be the lastest design, computer lens, or sunglasses, Courtney will advise you on your optical needs. Courtney is a specialist in adjusting and repairing glasses. If you have a pair of frames that are not fitting properly, come see Courtney!
Kassidey Grennay
Optician/Technician
Kassidey joined Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center as an optician. Kassidey has several years of experience in the optical field. Kassidey will help assist you in finding the perfect frame that will compliment your face. She will discuss the various lens options with you to give you the perfect look.
