Lori Froelich

Lori Froelich is the head receptionist for Brunswick Eye and Contact Lens Center. Lori has extensive experience in this area. Her duties include scheduling appointments, pre-authorizing and filing insurance claims, and applying insurance to the fee slip. She will make sure that the check in and check out process is smooth and pleasant. Lori also is being trained in the optical field and she is a frame stylist. She will assist you in making the correct choices for frame styles according to facial structure and prescription features. Lori has worked in the medical field as receptionist at Mercy Hospital of Defiance and she has also worked for Promedica Health System. Lori will be glad to greet you the day of your visit and answer any insurance questions that you may have. Lori graduated from Tinora High School and continued her education at Northwest State Community College where she received her associate's degree. She has 20 years of experience in the medical office setting. Lori resides in Defiance with her husband Kevin, daughter Abby, and son Derek.
